- to my knowledge this is the original color, but it could’ve been repainted at some point. This is in good … moreto my knowledge this is the original color, but it could’ve been repainted at some point. This is in good condition. It’s very solid. There is the tiniest amount of rust color showing on the bottom of the planter. It almost looks like dirt, but I tried to wipe it off and it doesn’t come off. This will be fine for many years to come, and it can always be repainted with rustoleum someday if the rust gets any worse. less
