We are offering a very fine carved and gilt painting frame. The frame was constructed by the House of Heydenryk in the 20th Century and is a modern day masterwork after certain 17th Century Italian frames, (see Carlo Maratta). It is a hand made, museum quality, beauty with an exquisite gilt finish and perfectly true to historic examples.
The frame is worthy of a superb old Master painting (or drawing if one would prefer) and if one possesses such a work, why would one skimp on a frame?
