This Mark Rothko rare vintage 1990's Abstract Expressionist offset lithograph art print " Orange and Yellow " 1956, is a very special and unique piece to add to your collection.

Mark Rothko ( 1903 - 1970 ) is an American Modernist painter of Russian jewish descent. Although Rothko himself refused to adhere to any art movement, he is generally defined as an Abstract Expressionist. His bold use of saturated color fields make the artworks impressively iconic and individual. Rothko is considered to be one of the most important American painters of The Twentieth Century. Artworks by Rothko are included in the collections of many of the world's most prestigious museums.
The rare out of print Abstract Expressionist art print measures 11" W X 14" H, with an image area of 9" W X 12" H. It is printed on high quality smooth finish paper stock with vibrant ink colors in a satin eggshell finish.
