Large Chinese thundercloud gongshi, a large, heavy, pyroclastic, dark grey, viewing stone, with a waxy finish, that has been shaped by riverine erosions. The stone is divided by a smooth, satiny, medium gray belt, dotted with numerous holes caused by small river pebbles. The top and bottom are covered with a dense network of fine lines, large cracks and voids, embedded through out with numerous small and large grey cyrstalline structures with faint umber tints. The Chinese, traditional, hongmu stand is included. Circa Republic of China era or later.
