The Rose Medallion porcelain was first developed around 1820, but I believe this set is probably from between 1850-1890. The bottom of this teapot doesn't have any marks, "China" mark under the teacups. Overall, this set is in great shape considering it's age- and the teapot still has its original wire handles. There are definite signs of wear and some staining with the porcelain, This is a collectible antique, so I'm hoping this will go to someone who will really enjoy having it.
I want to just warn people not to actually use the set, though. Due to its age, it might have lead paint or something else I don't know about. Also, the teapot might break from the sudden temperature change if hot water was poured into it. It's really just a beautiful decorative item to treasure.
