Gorgeous vintage Murano hand blown pink, aventurine and gold flecks Italian art glass decorative bowl. The bowl has an oval shape and is made with large "A Canne" pink ribbons with five thin aventurine rows, separated by a clear and pink glass, creating a unique pattern. The bowl is profusely covered in heavy gold leaf underneath and has a rim with scalloped design. Created in the manner of designer Dino Martens for the Aureliano Toso, and the Fratelli Toso workshop. Would make a great display piece on any dresser, credenza or coffee table. Use it as a catchall, candy or jewelry dish. Mid-century era. Measures: 8 1/4" long x 6 7/8" wide x 2 1/2" high.
