Made in Asia, (probably China) with black wood bases and brass details. Brass necks have a 0.25" difference in height but it is hardly noticeable and only when lamps are one next to the other. White glossy finish with a large dragon relief design. Very heavy and impressive. Shades are not included. Harps and ceramic finials are included. Height below is to the top of the sockets. less
