This antique mirror from … more An Italian large-sized oval mirror, in a beautifully rustic wooden frame, from the early 20th century. This antique mirror from Italy has an oval shaped center glass, surrounded within an oval-shaped wooden frame. Though the design is simple, the shape and joineries of various wood pieces give this mirror so much character. The wood has old notches, dimples, and a patina which shows its age; remnants of old finishes leave it with a subtle spice hue. The mirror is nicely aged with foxing throughout. This early 20th century Italian oval mirror is nicely sized at approximately 5.5 feet in width, making it a wonderful wall decoration for over a sofa or large console table. less
