- Art Nouveau Limoges Jules H Brauer Studio Hand Painted Plate. This plate has a gorgeous hand painted floral design with … more Art Nouveau Limoges Jules H Brauer Studio Hand Painted Plate. This plate has a gorgeous hand painted floral design with Gold and Apricot Tulips and Green and Turquoise Leaves. This plate was done in 1910-1919 during the Art Nouveau period. There were three or four main studios and they employed all the same artists. This one is signed on the front A.B. for Adelbert J Burgeon. The mark PL Limoges was Porcelaine Limousine and was in business from 1905-1930. It is in very good condition with just a slight scratch on one of the tulips, which is amazing for being over 100 years old, and it measures 8 1/2"W. I think it would be so beautiful on display and would be fun to collect. less
