The sea people call them water spouts- and either land or sea, we give them room if we know what's good for us. If you're not from farm or sea country, look them up- an explanation of them would take a page or two from me. These feel like a much prettier and less worrisome glass form- which just happens to be perfect for champagne. They appear to be blown glass that got twisted in production, which was a fabulous idea.
