Note photo shows there is only mirror on one side.. it is original. Its appraisal reads " an exceptionally attractive stand having an engraved gilt brass rod shaft finished with an urn finial and leading to three saber legs terminating in leaf feet. The shaft supporting an extended leafy arm on which rests a mahogany framed swivel mirror embellished with line inlay and holding a brass candle socket."
My grandmother purchased it in London in late 1940s. it has been in one of my sisters homes since then
The mirror measures approx 8.5"X 7", the candle socket extends, lit candle reflects in mirror, offering light before everyone had electricity. less
