It is Made Out of an Assortment of Indigenous North American Woods that Include Oak, Pine & Chestnut. Metal Components Include Assorted Steel - Tin Hardware, Oil Cloth & Leather. It has a Unusual Hand and Thumb - Spring Hinged Functional Operation. I Purchased this Piece on one of my Recent Picking Adventures in the Down East - Coastal Maine Region where Blueberries are Abundantly Harvested and Sold at Local Roadside Farm Stands During the early Summer Months. It is in Completely Original - As has Survived Over the Years Condition ( Barn Fresh ).
