This Andy Warhol Foundation rare vintage 2001 offset lithograph print custom framed large Pop Art poster " Daisy " 1982, is a very special and unique piece to add to add to your collection.
The Pop Art poster print is is a Bruce and Nancy McGaw Foundation, Ltd. publication. Printed in 2001 in The United States in an unnumbered limited edition with the authorized licensed rights of The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts Inc. It features an artwork image originally created by Warhol in 1982 titled " Daisy ".
This is a rare opportunity for true Warhol and Pop Art fans and collectors both a this coveted image " The Warhol Collection " Pop Art poster print is long out of print and very scarce to find.
Andy Warhol ( 1928 - 1987 ) is one of the singularly most well known Contemporary artists of all time. His imagery is recognized worldwide. His infamous life, art works, and creative endeavors are like no other artist. He is credited as the very first artist to use common everyday objects and view them in a completely different way while paying homage to their role in our society. Glorifying the common as the beautiful. His technique utilizing a silkscreen method combined with hand finishing in a signature palette of vibrant color hues make the work stand on its own and loved by millions.
The rare out of print framed large format Pop Art poster measures 37" W X 27 1/4" H X 1 1/2" D. It is custom framed with UV protective plexiglass in a Contemporary Modern satin finish whitewashed white oak wood museum box style frame molding, with an attached hanging wire on the reverse back side for easy wall installation.
It is in excellent " like new " condition. The poster print is in excellent " like new " very clean vintage condition consistent with age and very light signs of handling.
