Description: This hand painted Chinese Jingdezhen imperial porcelain plate was made from a collector series of plates that was called the … more This hand painted Chinese Jingdezhen imperial porcelain plate was made from a collector series of plates that was called the "China: Scenes from the Summer Palace" and this series was produced by Master Artisan Zhang Song Mao from China and the series was produce circa 1985. This plate is the first edition plate which was called the "The Marble Boat" representing the beauty and riches, and at the same time, illustrates the idea of this paradise land as a living art gallery as this magnificent marble boat comes into view. The achievement of Master Zhang Song Mao, who has captured the beauty of this ancient treasure for the lasting enjoyment of art connoisseurs and collectors in the exquisite porcelain beloved of the emperors, the porcelain of Jingdezhen. This plate comes with its original box and paperwork from the Imperial Jingdezhen Chinese Porcelain factory and this plate is in "Pristine Condition" with no chips, no cracks, no crazing to the glaze, and very little wear to the plate or the box for the age of it.
