Robert Elsocht was a Belgian-born painter who lived and painted in Northern California. Elsocht began his artistic career with more traditional landscapes and gradually moved towards greater abstraction. His work is part of the collections in the California Art Museum, Richmond Art Center, De Young Museum in San Francisco, and Oakland Art Museum. less
