Shaped after a 1938 design by modernist ceramist Trude Petri and relief decoration of grasses, wildflowers and insects designed by Gerhard Gollwitzer, who later became KPM's Artistic Director. Zoom into photos to appreciate in detail. Clearly marked on the underside with a KPM Berlin blue scepter mark used in the 1945 to 1962 period on items produced in Berlin. In very good condition as shown. We have additional pieces in this pattern listed separately.
