This sterling silver mug from Tiffany & Co. dates back to the Art Deco period, featuring a sturdy angular handle characteristic of the era's design. Engraved with the name "Albert Bradley Carter III, 1929," it carries the history of a member of a Washington DC family. This exquisite piece offers versatility beyond its original function as a baby cup. The underside bears clear markings: "TIFFANY & Co., 4104 B MAKERS 8639, STERLING SILVER, 925-1000, m." The date letter 'm' indicates that this mark was used during the tenure of John C. Moore as president of Tiffany & Co., spanning the period from 1907 to 1947. In very good condition with minor imperfections as shown.
