The artist is a member of the Monterey Bay Horsemanship & Therapeutic Center Adult Day Programs on the coast of Watsonville, California.
About MBHTC:
Our mission at Monterey Bay Horsemanship & Therapeutic Center is to support people with disabilities at all levels of behavioral, emotional, and physical needs. Clients include those with diagnoses of autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, MS, Epilepsy, Tourette syndrome, and para/quadriplegic, among any other diagnoses, including high-needs clients of all ages supported by our trained bi-lingual staff.
Among other enrichment activities, MBHTC focuses on equine-assisted therapies, which have been proven to profoundly affect the most dramatic cases.
