It is clean, no damages to wicker or lace, weathered paint (see photos). The bell was made by Art Rattan Works (Oakland). Rare piece. Circa 1920s.

The bell is 24" in diameter at the bottom and 26" high. The internal diameter of the hanging ring is 1.75". less
