Norman Wilkinson was a military man born in Great Britain in 1878. This watercolor by Norman Wilkinson is part of his extensive work depicting marine art. He was in the Royal Navy where he painted thousands of ships and other war posters.
This print has some damage to the left side. This is from the original watercolor.
I was unable to find any specifics on this picture nor any date, but I love the beautiful blues. Even though the artist was in many wartime activities, he was still able to see the peace that can be found on water.
