This is a watercolor done by Helen Allingham. There is no date on the print.
Interestingly, while van Gogh was devoloping as an artist by studying English art, he was struck by Allingham's work. Females at the time could not gain the same recognition as men, but Helen Allingham was one female artist who made a considerable impact during her career.
This print has such a peaceful vibe. The soft watercolor captures the time of day in the garden, giving it a misty quality. The house with the mother and child add to the gentleness of this piece.
