Artistically her work was inspired by the French Impressionists. The majority of her drawings are rapid chalk or pen sketches due to a high demand for her art. But she painted uniquely using oil paint and occasionally pastels.
She passed away in Paris in 1998 and is buried in Pere Lachaise Cemetery.
I was unable to find any specific information on this painting, which means it is likely quite rare. I would classify it as a Fashion piece. You can see the lady is sitting in a French Bistro, having a cool drink. She appears to be delighted with her hat of roses.
This print is available on Hahnemuhle Fine Art Paper using the Giclee method of printing.
The size is 11 x 14, unframed. less
