The pitcher has a patterned field surface … more Commemorative Staffordshire pitcher celebrating the coronation of the Prince Regent as George IV. The pitcher has a patterned field surface decoration centering on a cobalt blue circle which encloses a design of the Prince of Wales feathers, which is just below a cobalt blue rim band on the shoulder below the neck of the pitcher. The neck of the pitcher is impressed with a crown on either side of the spout. The handle, rim, and foot are striped in cobalt blue enamel.
