The cow or water buffolo was on stand -by near the house. Then the milk was slowly simmered to pasturize it.

A decorated and embellished copper pail only added to the occasion. This beloved pail was found in Lahore, Pakistan. It has stood up very well.

The copper has mellowed into a delightful patina. The floral design is still sharp. It could go back to work tomorrow. Many new ways to use it as well. See less
