The drawers open via simple brass ring pulls while the doors open via simple brass leaf pulls. The doors feature circular brass plates on the hinges as well as supporting the central lock. The natural wood of this low Kang cabinet features a wonderful patina of honey or amber hue. With its elegant straight lines and wonderful color, this low Kang Chinese chest from the 19th century would make an outstanding addition to any home, perhaps at the foot of a bed to store blankets or placed behind a floating couch as a place to display various accessories.
