- This 1960s three seat sofa designed by Danish architect and furniture designer Ib-Kofod Larsen was manufactured in Denmark and distributed … moreThis 1960s three seat sofa designed by Danish architect and furniture designer Ib-Kofod Larsen was manufactured in Denmark and distributed by Selig. The sofas frame features a walnut-stained beech wood body with vertical slats at the back creating delicate and playful lines. The seat strapping appears new and an upholstered plywood sheet adds support for the best sitting Larsen sofa we've had. The light cream newer upholstery and foam is in like new condition has a fantastic sheen and is without stains or tears. The beech frame has marks, scratches, and finish loss in line with it's 60 year life. The top right of the backrest has a small area of what looks to be paint overspray. The frame is super solid without any weak joinery. Overall this is just a beautiful sofa to look at and sit in. Please see all pictures as they help to support the description.
