Neil Reed lithograph of a lake house garden & view. Both prints are in good+ condition; no found flaws. These are large prints behind glass and have wood frames. We did not find any issues/flaws. There is wear to the raised areas of the frame commensurate with its age but we do not consider that a flaw. These prints are vibrant and cheery. Please review the photographs to see the condition details up close. Note: the photographs were taken outside in natural light. Near the top of the photographs you may see some shadows/glare. The prints are clean and in good+ condition.
