Great for dining rooms, … more Gorgeous 2 part cabinet/ hutch/ china cabinet/ storage cabinet/ dining room cabinet/ server and display cabinet. Great for dining rooms, bedrooms and dens; this piece has so many uses it's a great storage cabinet. Made of solid walnut with brass accents. The top and bottom portions are separated by curved risers and have pegs holding the top securely in place. It is shipped in two pieces and no screws or tools needed just place the top on the existing pegs sticking up out of the lower cabinet. This piece was custom made for a private residence during the mid 20th century and is being sold for the very first time since it was made. There is no other cabinet made like this one, a true one of a kind. The top surfaces had been covered the entire time it was in the residence and remain in virtually perfect mint condition albeit with a small nick here or there which are almost unnoticeable and definitely not distracting. The brass pulls for the upper cubbies are two different pair, please see the accompanying images. The top shelf which is removable has a groove for plates to stand on display. With a gorgeous walnut body and foldout accordion doors this cabinet truly a special piece. less
