I recently painted it with latex paint and gold leaf color paint in some carved portions. This could easily be stripped off. It also could be painted with multi colors for a shabby chic look. Measures 28 x 16 x 16 high. Files fit in this perfectly. Looks great at foot of bed or entryway. At least 40+ years old. There is a stress crack on the very bottom part probably from age, but it doesn't change the look or usage. This was purchased in Bali- 1 owner. See less
