Antique 1910's elegant beautifully hand made and painted gilded porcelain Japanese Chinoiserie coffee / tea set. The set includes 3 cups and 1 kettle / pitcher. Each piece has stunning hand painted scenes with outstandingly intricate detail and craftsmanship. The colorful landscape scenes are filled with plans, architecture, and people. These scenes are offset perfectly by the deep blue handles and borders. Even the deep blue borders have thin, detailed gold designs painted on them! The bottoms of the cups are scalloped, adding extra personality to the pieces. It would be a lovely tea / coffee service set but could be used in many other ways as well for dining, serving, barware, and display. Excellent condition!
