During the 1920's, until the beginning of WWII, my grandparents travelled extensively in Europe. My grandmother, being an artist herself, was drawn to these Italian photos. She purchased many. Unfortunately she did write any further information for me to share.

I love architectural images. This one, from Cairo, exudes the dust and heat. The shadows are wonderful.
