There is one noticeable crack in the leather on the right hand rest (see last photo of leather). Construction is strong and sturdy. Wood is without scratches or dings. This piece had one owner, The original owner was the art director for Better Homes and Gardens magazine in the 70's and purchased this piece at auction after it was used to stage a room. less
