- An Italian large-sized elaborate floor mirror from the 19th century. This antique mirror from Italy features an elaborately carved Neoclassical … more An Italian large-sized elaborate floor mirror from the 19th century. This antique mirror from Italy features an elaborately carved Neoclassical carved-wood urn, located atop the mirror at center, with bouquet abundantly filled with various foliage, flowers, and c-scroll accents. The frame is an vertically oriented rectangular shape with stacked pediment style molding adorning the crest, and carved floral garland accents found at the outer side of each shoulder. There is a thin inner trim that follows the design of the outer surround. The bottom portion of the mirror is a flat/straight line molded base. Note that the mirror is 19th century, but likely had some earlier fragments added at some point in its history. This 19th century Italian mirror with Neoclassical urn/bouquet, standing over 7 feet in height, will be a room-maker with its stunning design and presence! less
