- An Italian exquisite late 18th-early 19th century rocaille style wooden mirror with gold gesso and delicate floral and leaf carvings. … more An Italian exquisite late 18th-early 19th century rocaille style wooden mirror with gold gesso and delicate floral and leaf carvings. The faux-marble frame surrounds the delicate gilt carving including rinceaux volutes, shell and flowery swag at the top while the paneled glass is surrounded by a nice carved moulding. Two birds on each side of the lower section are nested in the end of the volutes. less
