This Really is a Beautiful and Very Fine Quality Authentic Antique French Bronze Figure. Circa Approx 1900. The Subject Depicts a Figurative Whimsical Young Man Holding his Violin - Possibly a Street Performer ?. It is Signed by its Creator - Well Noted Artist & Sculptor JEAN GARNIER - Born 1853 - Died 1910 1853. It Also has the Well Documented Foundry Mark Where it was Cast - GARANTI AU TITRE L V DEPOSSE. It has Wonderful Attention to Detail in the Heavy Solid Cast Bronze Features ( Weighs Over 10 1/2 Pounds). It is in Excellent All Original Condition - Still Retains it Original Patina - Displays Beautifully. It is Guaranteed to be Authentic and of The Period as Described.
It Measures Overall Approx 16 inches Tall x 5 1/2 inches Long x 5 1/4 inches Wide at Base.
