An impressive Navajo-inspired bracelet by Arizona silversmith Kay Johnson, the oval sugilite is set in a saw-tooth bezel and framed in sterling rope enhanced by etched leaf and bead accent. It has an interesting triple slip band that has a unique single twisted rope section. It is marked with a bent arrow hallmark for Kay Johnson and stamped 'Sterling.' Sugilite is thought to be a nurturing gemstone, sugilite offers release from worries. It also promotes positive emotions to help relieve stress, establish peace of mind and emotional healing. To metaphysical adherents, sugilite is a stone of forgiveness and instills the deep satisfaction of all-abiding freedom.
Interior of the cuff measures 5 3/4" with an additional 1 1/4 " gap for a total circumference of 7". Sterling Silver is relatively malleable, thus this cuff is slightly adjustable.
Width measures 2.64" straight across the widest part (from wrist bone to wrist bone).
Bracelet face measures 1.25" tall (the face of the bracelet, north to south).
Bracelet depth from top the underside of wrist is 2.15". less
