It boasts a simple yet elegant design, featuring a robust and well-balanced structure that echoes the aesthetic preferences of Asian scholars, particularly influenced by Taoism. Crafted from oak in a rich dark brown finish, its seat is adorned with burlwood inlay. Bearing a trademark metal label on the underside.
