Very fine quality pair of French Renaissance Revival heavy ormolu ewers. Lavishly decorated with cherubs and classical motifs. A real detail bronze workmanship eye catcher. Cherubs with wings at the top on the handle with the dove sitting along side.

As you go down the fluted handle to the rams head at the base of the handle, all around the ewer is cherubs in different scenes, grapes and vines.
