Exquisite little murano glass bud vase made by the Campanella workshop. The shop was known for glass featuring ground aventurine gold stripes. What makes this piece is the gold stripes centered exactly in the middle between the blue and red stripes. This vase is hand blown and has a clear pontil mark on the bottom. Retains its original gold foil label (as shown in the last pic.)
Campanella Livio was an italian glass designer. His mid-century creations combine colors, elegance and sophistication. He notably worked in the 1970s for La Murrina, an italian glass workshop based in Murano. Founded in the early 1960s, the company reached its peak in the seventies. less
