1940s Art Deco brooch. The leaf is 18K yellow gold and the stadix consists of prong-set rubies and bezel-set diamonds. The rubies equal approximately 3 1/2 tcw and the diamonds equal approximately 75 pts. The clasp is a trombone clasp. The mark on the reverse reads “847 AL 750.”
This brooch is in very good original condition with wear consistent with age and use.
