This sturdy jar was used to transport liquids and has an intricate web of bamboo wickerwork on the exterior that was used to help support it during transport.
The patina of this piece is great – from brown glazed exterior to the bamboo wicker works all around of the jar and the multiple handles makes it for a unique décor item in a variety of interiors from Farmhouse, to Rustic, Coastal or Wabi Sabi.
It’ s in excellent antique condition. No damage. Normal wear sign due to age on the finish, see photos.
