Beautiful one-of-a-kind piece repurposed into a towel stand! Great for the bathroom or kitchen, as a quilt or blanket rack, or to display an important textile!
19th century French Empire style mahogany rotating mirror support, now converted into a large towel stand with later oak dowel, on carved swan head supports, set on rectangular plinth base with canted corners, painted faux string inlay, rising on turned feet. Rotates 360 degrees.
It is fairly large size and proportions so please be sure to checkout the measurements. The towel shown on it in the photos is a full size bath towel.
