Sleek and modern looking, fine French Art Deco chandelier signed Leleu featuring six frosted art glass panels propelling outward of a central coupe.
The panels feature a starburst or floral blossom overall shape, supported by the original shiny nickel plated decorative bronze frame suspension comprising six fluted bars splayed toward their base, and topped with a hexagonal complementary canopy.
The molded, frosted art glass central coup is adorned with a radiating pattern, geometric designs and a ball border, surrounded by six bulbous-shaped frosted art glass panels with geometric detailing, while the motifs of circular, fluted, and chevron patterns are interwoven throughout.
The upper canopy has a fluted and striated design and is detailed with a ball-trim motif, mirroring the surround framing of the coupe and glass design. The bright nickel plated bronze armature and glass of this chandelier is replete with the kind of architectural detailing typical of the beloved Art Deco movement, presenting a sleek and flowing aesthetic overall.
