This is a Great Looking & Very Decorative Authentic Antique Fisherman,s Live Bait Minnow Trap. Circa Early 20th Century. Hand Mold Blown Glass Trap - Jar is identified - Reads "MONTANA BAIT CO. ROCK CREEK MT." The Trap is Mounted in a Hand Made to Fit Heavy Gauge Steel Wire Stand that Includes a Swing Carry Handle. This Trap Was Designed to be Submerged in Running Streams, Rivers, Lakes Etc. Where Minnows Would Swim in But Could Not Swim Out. It is in Very Good Condition with No Damage - Displays Nicely. The Inside Has Some Light Age and Use Residue - Dirt but That Could Surely be Carefully Washed. Perfect for the Avid Fisherman's Man Cave.
