Inspiration for this painting came from a plein-air outing where I painted a residence just down the street from this location. I love historic towns and places that have a 1950's vibe to them. It was a quiet sunlit morning with only enough time for one painting so this one I painted from a few photos I took while there. Bordentown is full of wonderful vistas like this one that just take you back in time for a moment! less
