Tressemann and Vogt Limoges Bowl Signed Scalloped Bowl with Hand Painted Late 19th Century Antique. T & V overglaze decorating mark in purple, bell with "FRANCE" , ca 1892-1907, early part of period.
This Tressemann and Vogt Limoges Bowl is a late 19th-century antique with a scalloped design and hand-painted details. The porcelain bowl features gold, pink, and green hues, measuring 4.5"W x 3.5"D x 2.5"T.

John Vogt (1815-1906) was actively involved in exporting porcelain to the United States in the 1840s. In the 1850s, he established a company office in Limoges. He established his own Limoges decorating studio in the 1860s.
