Spaghetti armchair with black painted metal structure with a geometric shape and seat, backrest and armrests in black plastic or scooby. Produced by Alias in approx. 1980. and designed by Giandomenico Belotti. Manufacturer's label present. Excellent condition, paint missing in a few places. Measurements in cm 69x62x72h 42h seat
Beautiful armchair, very particular in how it is made, part of the Spaghetti series by Giandomenico Belotti for Alias, which includes different models including armchairs, chairs with and without armrests and poufs. This series has now become famous in Italian design and iconic throughout the world. Made with stretched plastic threads, also called scooby, which resemble real spaghetti. Very comfortable, enveloping, in our shop you can find other and different models. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
