It features a traditional floral motif with tiny stars and is a beautiful blend of red, black, cobalt blue, turquoise, and yellow. The plate is signed on the back and most likely dates from the late 20th century. It was made in the Azim Kutahya workshop, which is located in the city of Kütahya. The artist who created the plate is known as Çini. In 1965, the Azim workshop suffered a significant fire, and in 1976, it was relocated from Kütahya to Istanbul.
