This Andy Warhol Foundation rare vintage " Men " collector's Pop Art postcard prints boxed set of 30 is a very special and unique set to add to your collection. The rare out of print Pop Art postcard prints are published by Chronicle Books with the licensed authorized rights of The Andy Warhol Foundation for Visual Arts, printed in 2004. It features 30 different original artworks created by Warhol. The postcard prints each have a different artwork on the card front side and information and details about that famous artwork on the reverse back side. The set of 30 are inclosed in a paperboard slipcase protective cardboard box.
Andy Warhol ( 1928 - 1987 ) is one of the singularly most well known Contemporary artists of all time. His imagery is recognized worldwide. His infamous life, art works, and creative endeavors are like no other artist. His technique utilizing a silkscreen method combined with hand finishing in a signature palette of vibrant color hues make the work stand on its own and loved by millions.
Each postcard print measures 4" W X 5 1/2" H. They are printed on high quality heavyweight paper stock with vibrant ink colors in a satin finish. The 30 postcards are in excellent " like new " vintage condition with light signs of handling to the slipcase box. They have never been used. Please see photos for condition reference.
