An excellent First English Edition period offset lithograph, full-color print, of painting "L'enlèvement d'Europe" (The Kidnapping of Europe, June 1946) by Pablo Picasso. Comes from a rare First Limited Edition art folio, published by Les Editions Du Chene in Paris, France in 1946. Lithographs for this portfolio were selected by Pablo Picasso himself. Printed on one side. Hand tipped-in on a board of heavy paper. Information regarding the original artwork will be found by lifting the piece, in English. Numbered: XVI. Excellent condition - minor age wear on the board, never framed.
